The office is staffed Monday through Friday and welcomes walk-ins from Tuesday to Friday during business hours. Whether you need assistance with insurance-related issues, have questions about your benefits, or need guidance navigating the healthcare system, our team is here to help.

Our elected Health and Welfare Officer works alongside experienced office staff, serving as a direct connection between Local 21 members, PMA, and our insurance plan coordinators. They are available to assist with resolving disputes, answering questions, and ensuring our members receive the support they’re entitled to.

The operational costs of running the Health and Welfare Office are fully covered by our monthly dues, meaning there is no upfront charge for members to access these services. Whether you're a current member, retiree, or family member, you can rely on the office for assistance without the worry of additional fees. This service is a reflection of the union’s dedication to supporting the health and well-being of its members.
